Planning- Communicating with Actresses

Due to our actresses and our two actors from our group having jobs it made finding a time where we were all available difficult. We held a meeting in school where we knew we were all together and decided on a date where we were all free. This date fell in a half term which meant it was difficult to communicate prior to the day. To get around this we used an "Imessage" group chat which had all of our numbers in and meant we could communicate using this the day before. As you can see below this was a great multimedia tool to confirm that everyone was still ok to film and also to confirm our actresses costumes.
